Ok hole in the head is a disease that can be found an any fish but commonly found in discus. First you want to buy a bottle of Seachem metronidazole. You treat how it says to treat. once your fish look better finish out the treatment just to be sure. Then your tank should be happy and your fish not sick. My fish Flapjack died cause i treated him to late. So treat them asap.

Hey everyone. I no its been a long time but im back and fishier then ever. Ok first an update I have added a new discus to the discus family. His name is flapjack he is a red snakeskin discus and also I will post an update of how my tank looks and how flapjack looks very soon.
